The owner opens Settings → Mimi AI, checks readiness and monthly usage, and enables AI for the school.

Live CRM research has separate consent. Until the owner accepts the current data-sharing terms, Mimi can explain the product but does not send live school-search results to the provider. Feedback on learner answers has another separate opt-in.

Product help and search

The web CRM assistant is available to owners and admins. You can ask how to create a group, where to find payouts, search for a learner by name, or find a lesson slot.

Mimi asks a follow-up when a teacher, subject or date is missing. Live answers show evidence and freshness; reference answers state that school data was not inspected. General reference answers are in Ukrainian.

The current live tools use limited student, teacher and group facts, available lesson slots and group recommendations. Open-ended finance, analytics and pipeline research are outside this tool set. Mimi never books lessons or changes CRM records.

Explain a metric

Where a metric offers a Mimi explanation, it uses the supplied definition and displayed value. This is not a fresh financial calculation or a search through hidden school data.

Content Studio

Open AI generation in an editor you may use. Mimi prepares a transient lesson, material, homework, practice or feedback draft. Review, refine if needed, and explicitly accept it.

Accepted material becomes ordinary CRM content and remains after AI is disabled. Mimi does not publish it itself or read learner answers inside the homework builder.

Privacy and limits

Mimiao does not retain prompt and response text as conversation history. Follow-ups are limited to the current session. Contacts, bank details, internal notes and files are outside the current live-search results.

Settings shows readiness, consent and credit usage. Monthly allowances depend on the plan. Generation is available to staff who already have permission to edit the destination material.
