The service
Mimiao is a management system (CRM) for education businesses operating in Ukraine, provided as a subscription (SaaS). The feature set may evolve as the product grows; the service is provided “as is”, without an individual SLA unless one is agreed separately.
Trial and payment
The trial is 14 days, free, no payment card required. Paid access is prepaid — per month or per year — and is charged in Ukrainian hryvnia at the rate shown before payment. There is no automatic recurring billing: you renew manually by monopay or by bank transfer to the stated IBAN. After a paid period ends, a grace period of up to 7 days applies before access is paused.
Refunds
A mistaken or duplicate payment is refunded. Fees for an already activated period are not refunded, except where the law provides otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
Your school’s data
Your school’s data belongs to you. Every school is isolated at the database level, and financial records are append-only by design. A confirmed closure starts a 30-day read/export-only window; active data is then deleted, and disaster-recovery copies rotate within no more than another 30 days.
Liability
Mimiao is not liable for indirect damages; aggregate liability is capped at one month’s subscription fee, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. The contract is governed by the law of Ukraine.
