Assisted migration and specialist imports
The Migration Center coordinates teachers, students, groups and relationships. After file analysis, the owner checks mappings and resolves conflicting non-empty values. A blank cell never clears existing CRM data.
Assisted AI receives column structure and statistics, not row values. Money, products, lessons and user accounts stay in separate workflows.
Financial history
Historical payments have a dedicated import. For one current student product, the profile also supports entering a previous payment date and amount, remaining paid lessons and remaining value.
These are irreversible financial records. Do not enter the same payment through another import. Historical lessons create learning history without new balance charges or teacher accruals.
Preview a rollback
- Open the relevant completed import job.
- Request its rollback preview.
- Review eligible and blocked records before confirming the permitted action.
Rollback covers only exact records created by that job: students, teachers, groups and eligible historical lessons. Later edits or dependencies block a record. It does not restore changes to existing records or remove relationship writes. Historical payments cannot be rolled back.
