The Migration Center coordinates teachers, students, groups and their relationships. The owner accepts field mappings and resolves conflicting values.

Paid opening balances

Move remaining paid lessons separately. For a single learner, enter a previous payment and its remainder in the student profile. Do not import that payment again elsewhere.

Past lessons and payments

Specialist imports handle historical records. Imported lessons create neither new charges nor teacher pay. Historical payments enter the immutable financial journal.

Start with one group.

You don’t have to move everything in one evening. Quick start walks you through school settings, a teacher, a student or a group with a price — to the first lesson. You can run both systems for a while to reconcile data: agree on a cutover date and where new payments and lessons are recorded.

Common questions about switching

How long does migration take?

It depends on the amount and quality of data, relationships and financial history. After reviewing the files, we agree on stages and timing. Import previews identify problems before confirmation.

Can I move one balance without a large file?

Yes. The student profile supports a previous-system workflow for one current product: payment date and amount, remaining paid lessons and remaining value. It creates irreversible financial history; do not record the same payment in another import.

Does AI see our spreadsheet rows?

Assisted field mapping sends column structure and aggregate statistics to AI, not cell values. The owner accepts the mapping. Different non-empty values require an explicit decision.

What happens to blanks and duplicates?

Blank file values do not erase CRM data. Ambiguous matches need a decision. Check the mapping, preview and reported errors before execution.

Can an import be rolled back?

Students, teachers, groups and historical lessons created by one import may qualify after a rollback preview. Edited or newly referenced records stay. Rollback does not restore old values on existing records, remove relationship writes or reverse historical payments.

Can we use both systems temporarily?

Yes, to reconcile data and learn the workflows. Agree on a cutover date and where new payments and lessons are recorded to avoid entering them twice.
