Lesson materials, boards and calendars
Find a lesson's materials and homework, and understand the whiteboard, Miro and calendar connections.

Getting started
- Open a lesson in Schedule. Move between Lesson, Materials and Homework.
- Add a topic and permitted materials. Internal history stays with authorised staff.
- Open the built-in lesson board when available. A student’s access follows participation in the lesson.
- Connect Miro or calendars in Settings → Integrations when needed; each connection has separate setup.
Boards
The built-in board does not require Miro. A Miro connection uses a personal account or school templates. Before sharing a Miro link, remember that anyone receiving it may be able to view the board.
Calendars
Google Calendar receives the connected user’s permitted lessons. Apple-compatible ICS is read-only, with a secret link that can be revoked or replaced. Edit the schedule in Mimiao. The connection does not automatically create video calls.
