Payments

An invoice that closes itself

The school issues an invoice and shares the link. The family pays by card on the provider’s secure page — Mimiao receives the confirmation, closes the invoice and credits the lesson balance.

  • Money goes straight to the school’s merchant account — Mimiao never collects it.
  • Several mono, LiqPay or WayForPay merchants — each linked to its legal entity.

  • mono (monobank)

    Connect mono acquiring with your merchant token. A student or parent pays the invoice by link, the money goes straight to the school's mono merchant account, and Mimiao closes the invoice and credits the lesson balance automatically.

Lessons next to the rest of your day

Permitted lessons are projected into the Google Calendar you choose, and Apple Calendar or any iCalendar app can subscribe to a revocable, read-only ICS feed.

Reminders where people read them

For linked recipients, Mimiao sends payment reminders, absence alerts and new-invoice notifications in Telegram. Email works when the recipient has a valid address and the channel is enabled for the event.

A message becomes a lead, a card becomes a student

An Instagram DM with a contact automatically becomes a lead with the “Instagram” source. Cards from a selected KeyCRM pipeline land in a handoff queue: staff check duplicates and create a student or link the card to an existing profile.

  • The same phone in a different format counts as a match; creating anyway requires a reason.

The board opens right inside the lesson

Attach the built-in Mimiao whiteboard or a persistent Miro board to a lesson or class — from a school template, blank, or an existing board.

Excel / CSV import

Bring students in from a spreadsheet with a single file. The wizard checks every row, flags duplicates and empty fields, and shows you a preview — you see who'll be created and who'll be merged before you ever press "Import". If an import turns out to be a mistake, the owner reviews and confirms a rollback of its eligible records; profiles with linked data stay protected and listed.

How to switch to Mimiao

We don't chase a long wall of logos for show. Every integration here solves a concrete job: take a payment and credit it to the right invoice straight away, remind students and parents where they actually read, and bring your student list over without retyping it by hand. Frequently asked questions

Can I accept payments through mono or monobank?

Yes. In payment settings, the school adds its mono merchant token, tests the connection and enables it for invoices. Mimiao creates a payment link, and the student or parent pays by card on mono's secure checkout page.

Where does the money go after a mono payment?

The money goes directly to the school's connected mono merchant account. Mimiao does not collect it into a platform account: the system receives payment confirmation, closes the invoice and credits the lesson balance.

Can I connect multiple payment accounts for different legal entities?

Yes. A school can add multiple mono, LiqPay or WayForPay merchants and link each one to the appropriate legal entity. When an invoice is issued, its payment account and legal entity are pinned together.

How do I sync the schedule with Google Calendar or Apple Calendar?

For Google Calendar, an owner or permitted user connects an account and chooses the destination calendar. For Apple Calendar and other iCalendar-compatible apps, create a revocable read-only ICS feed. Both flows expose only the schedule allowed for that connected user.

What does Mimiao send to Finmap?

The optional Finmap integration projects eligible successful UAH invoice payments one way as income into a selected FOP account or category. Invoices, receivables, expenses and payouts are not exported, and Mimiao never edits or deletes Finmap operations.

How is the built-in whiteboard different from Miro?

The Mimiao whiteboard lives inside the lesson, has its own scenes, templates and subject tools, and follows the lesson audience. Miro is a separate external board that can be attached to a lesson and has its own link-visibility rules.

Who can see a lesson's Miro board?

Inside the CRM, the assigned teacher and the students on that lesson's or group's roster open the board right on the lesson page. The parent portal does not show Miro boards. Miro itself uses a public view link, so do not share it outside the class or put sensitive data on the board. Detaching a board in the CRM never deletes it in Miro.
