Attendance Sheet Template
A ready-to-use attendance journal for group or individual lessons: this week's dates are already in place, and you mark presence by picking a value per cell. Print it or download to Excel.
An attendance sheet is a table for tracking student presence at lessons. Each row represents one student; each column represents one day. In every cell you pick «P» (Present) or «A» (Absent) from a list. The template below works for language schools, online courses, and private tutors alike.

Frequently asked questions
What format does the journal download in?
As an Excel file (.xls) that opens in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice Calc. It downloads exactly what you filled in on the page — student names, dates and P/A marks.
Where do the header dates come from?
The template auto-fills the dates of the current week (Monday–Sunday). You can change any date by hand right in the header cell — for example, to use a different week or drop a day off.
How do I mark attendance?
In each cell, pick «P» (Present) or «A» (Absent) from the dropdown — no typing needed. An empty cell means no mark yet. Every mark carries over to both the print-out and the Excel file.
