Spaced-repetition vocabulary trainer
A spaced-repetition vocabulary trainer is a personal word list where an SRS algorithm surfaces every word right before the moment it would be forgotten. Instead of aimless cramming, students review exactly what is at risk — so vocabulary actually sticks for the long term.
How does SRS choose what to review today?
A student opens the trainer and sees one number: how many words are due today. Overdue words — the ones that should have come up yesterday or earlier — go first, because they are closest to slipping away. Nothing has to be scheduled by hand; the queue rebuilds itself every day.

Intervals that grow with every success

Frequently asked questions
Where do the words come from?
Students and teachers add words in the vocabulary module. A word card stores the word, its translation and language. Adding a word directly from a lesson or homework card is not available yet; the vocabulary list is maintained separately.
Which languages does the audio support?
Pronunciation relies on the browser’s built-in speech synthesis (the Web Speech API) and supports most of the languages schools teach — English, German, Spanish, French and more. There is no separate subscription or extra fee on your side: a “listen” button is available right inside every word card. The exact set of voices can vary a little depending on the student’s device and browser, but the ability to hear a word is there everywhere.
How does spaced repetition help students remember better?
Instead of cramming everything at once, a student reviews each word right when they’re about to forget it — first after a day, then three days, a week, two. Each well-timed review flattens the forgetting curve, so the word moves from short-term into long-term memory without overload. The algorithm handles all the scheduling and assembles a small daily queue of exactly the words due for a nudge — the student just opens it for ten minutes.
