Parent portal for your language school
The parent portal is a dedicated cabinet where parents see their child's schedule, attendance, homework, lesson balance and invoices, and clear an unpaid invoice in two taps right from their phone. That transparency works for you: instead of late-evening texts asking "how much do we owe?" and "is there a lesson today?", parents open the app and find the answer themselves.
Everything about the child, on one screen
After signing in, a parent sees their child's dashboard: what's coming up, how recent lessons went, and where homework and invoices stand. If they have more than one child at your school, all of them live in a single cabinet — no separate account per child. It's view-only: parents edit nothing and never see the school's internal notes.
- Schedule: date, time, teacher and status of every lesson
- Attendance for past lessons — present, late, absent
- Homework statuses: assigned, submitted, reviewed, overdue
Lesson balance and invoices, no guesswork
How many lessons are left on the balance, and when it runs out, is visible at a glance. Every invoice sits in one list with plain statuses, so the familiar "wait, did we even pay for this month?" simply goes away. Parents never see other students' totals or the school's finances — only what concerns their own child.
- Lesson balance with a "running low" warning
- All invoices with statuses: paid, awaiting payment, overdue
- No one else's data — just their own child
How do parents pay an invoice?
An unpaid invoice shows up with a "Pay" button. One tap opens the payment form, a second tap completes card payment through WayForPay or LiqPay. No sign-up, no admin-panel passwords, no messaging an administrator for bank details. Lessons land on the balance automatically the moment the payment clears.
- A "Pay" button right next to the invoice
- Card via WayForPay or LiqPay — no sign-up
- Lessons credited to the balance right after payment
Notifications instead of phone calls
The portal doesn't force parents to log in daily to stay on top of things. What matters comes to them: a missed lesson, and the parent knows at once; a new invoice, and a reminder arrives by email or Telegram. That clears out both surprise debts and the stream of "how's our Max doing?" messages in your work chat.
- Auto-alerts about absences — without you reminding
- A heads-up on new and on overdue invoices
- By email or Telegram, whichever parents prefer
Frequently asked questions
Do parents need to install anything or register to pay an invoice?
No. To see the cabinet, a parent signs in once from an invitation and sets their own password. To pay an invoice there's nothing to install: tapping "Pay" opens the payment form and card payment goes through WayForPay or LiqPay straight from the phone, with no login to the school's admin panel.
What exactly does a parent see, and can they access other students' data?
A parent sees only their own child: schedule, attendance, homework statuses (without the assignment content or grades), lesson balance and invoices to pay. Other students' data, the school's finances, teacher rates and internal notes are off-limits — access is bound to their role and checked on the server, so there's no “peeking” at someone else's by opening a different link. If they have several children at the school, all of them open in a single cabinet, with no separate account per child.
How do parents learn about a new invoice or an absence if they don't open the portal?
The portal doesn't make parents log in daily. What matters comes to them: a child missed a lesson and the parent knows at once; a new invoice is issued, or one goes overdue, and a reminder arrives. Notifications go by email or Telegram, whichever suits each family. That clears out both surprise debts and the stream of “was there a lesson today?” and “how much do we owe?” messages in your work chat — parents get the answer automatically, before they think to ask.
